A solo studio. One builder. No slide decks.

GrayTop Tech is run by one person. I diagnose the bottleneck, build the custom AI-powered tool, and hand you something that runs without me.

Who's behind it

I build the thing, not a slide deck about it.

I'm Mujidah Sakibu. For 5+ years I worked as a product manager shipping SaaS — at companies like Wandrian (250K+ monthly users, $3M+/mo) and Bankly. I hold a BSc in Computer Engineering.

Then I started building my own products with AI tools. Four apps shipped independently, with real paying users. GrayTop is where I do that for other people's businesses: diagnose the bottleneck, build the custom tool, and hand you something that runs without me.

There's no agency, no account managers, no team to coordinate through. You talk to the person who builds it. That's the whole point.

THE WHY
Why I started GrayTop

Software that still doesn't work.

Every business owner I met was paying for the same thing: a pile of subscriptions duct-taped together that still didn't do the job. The "solution" was always another tool, another Zapier patch, another bill — and another thing to babysit.

Shipping my own products taught me that AI changed the maths. The custom tool that used to take a quarter and a team can now be scoped tight and built in weeks by one person who actually understands the problem.

So GrayTop is deliberately small. I take on the bottleneck, build the thing that removes it, and hand it back. You own it. It runs without me. If it doesn't make sense to build, I'll say so — sometimes the honest answer is "not yet."

What I solve

Four expensive problems off-the-shelf can't fix.

If one of these is quietly costing you every week, it's a custom build — and it costs less than the workaround.

The Franken-Stack

01

Five subscriptions duct-taped together, leaking time and client data in every gap. Zapier patches the symptom and adds another bill.

Fix:One custom system that does the whole job — no gaps to fall through.

The Brain Drain

02

Your team can't move without texting you first. The "fix" was a Notion wiki nobody reads. You've built a job where you're the walking help desk.

Fix:An internal AI knowledge base your team chats with — instead of interrupting you.

The Blank Page

03

Hours lost turning client notes into custom roadmaps, recaps and reports. ChatGPT gets you 60% there and sounds nothing like you.

Fix:A generation engine tuned to your exact framework — notes in, on-brand deliverable out.

Data Graveyard

04

Hundreds of feedback forms, reviews and call transcripts — and a gut feeling instead of proof. CSV exports and pivot tables don't cut it.

Fix:An insights engine that reads it all and drops a 3-bullet brief in your inbox weekly.

Each one is a custom build — and it costs less than the workaround.

How I decide what to build

Before you spend a dollar, I look at four things.

01Method

Is there a process you already run that's worth systematizing?

02Constraint

Is there a real bottleneck a tool removes — or just a nice-to-have?

03Timing

Is now actually the moment, given everything else moving?

04Ownership

Are you set up to own the thing once it's live?

"If those don't line up, I'll tell you — sometimes the honest answer is 'not yet.' I'd rather lose the project than build you something you'll resent maintaining."

How it works

Three steps. No 12-week discovery theatre.

01

Diagnose

You show me what's eating your time. I tell you honestly whether to build — and what.

02

Build

Scoped tight, built fast — weeks, not quarters. You see it working as it comes together.

03

Hand off

You own it. It runs without me. Stay on retainer if you want it to keep growing.

Let's
build the
real thing.

Take the 2-minute diagnostic. It tells you the honest move — build it for you, build it with you, or build it yourself. Sometimes the answer is "not yet," and I'll tell you that too.
