Your method works. Now put it in your clients' hands.
You already take people through a process that gets results. I turn that process into a custom app your clients actually use — between sessions, on their own time, without adding to your workload.
Your results are real. Your capacity isn't.
Demand keeps growing. Your hours don't. An app is how a proven process reaches more people without you being in every session — and without watering down the thing that made it work.
The gap between sessions. Clients do the work when you're in the room and drift when you're not. The app holds them steady in between.
Delivery that varies. Every client gets a slightly different version of your process. The app makes the good version the default one.
Demand you can't serve. People want in and your calendar is full. The app is how they get your method without another slot opening up.
Off-the-shelf feels off-brand. You've looked at generic apps and none of them sound like you or match your standard.
If you guide people through a process, this is for you.
It isn't about your job title. It's about whether you have a method that reliably works and clients who'd use it if they could reach it. That's true of a lot of businesses:
You've got a clear method or program that consistently works.
Demand is there — your time and capacity are the bottleneck.
You care how clients experience your work, and your brand reflects that.
You want a natural way for people to move from following you into real results.
You've seen the off-the-shelf apps and they didn't meet your standard.
You want to own the thing you build — not rent it from a platform.
Concept to live app, in five steps.
Scope
We talk through your method and what the app needs to do. You get a proposal with a fixed quote, timeline and scope before anything starts.
Design
We map the client journey, define the transformation the app supports, and design every screen in your brand.
Build
I build the first working version — function, design and a clean client experience. You see it come together, not a status report.
Refine
Real clients use it. We fix friction, cut what nobody touches, and sharpen what they use most.
Launch
We plan the launch, get it in front of your people, and hand over everything — code, accounts, documentation.
Everything, handed over.
iOS, Android & web
Built once, working everywhere your clients are — including deployment to the App Store and Play Store.
Your brand, not a template
Designed to look and sound like your business, so it feels like an extension of your work rather than a tool you bought.
Connected to your stack
Wired into what you already use — payments, scheduling, content, client records. No parallel system to maintain.
Payments & subscriptions
Stripe built in, so the app can carry a paid tier or a membership from day one if you want it to.
Notifications that nudge
The gentle prompts that keep clients moving between sessions — the difference between an app they download and one they open.
Full ownership
The code, the accounts, the documentation. Training so your team can run it, and 30 days of support after launch.
Built for your business, by the person building it.
A templated app that looks like everyone else's.
Custom-built around your method and your brand.
A no-code tool that caps what you can ever do.
Properly coded, so it can grow as far as you take it.
Handed off to junior developers you never meet.
One person builds it. You always know who you're talking to.
Four to six months, and a platform fee forever.
Six to eight weeks, and you own it outright at the end.
One number, fixed before you commit.
Every build starts with a scoping call — a clear quote and timeline before you sign anything. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
Design, build, app store deployment and hand-off — scoped to what your method actually needs. Final number is fixed once we've scoped it. Most apps ship in 6–8 weeks.
Optional retainer. Want new features as your programme grows? An ongoing retainer is available after launch, scoped to what you actually need.
Not sure an app is the move yet? The scoping assessment gives you an honest read and a real price — sometimes the answer is "not yet."
The things people ask before they start.
How much does this add to my plate? +
Less than you'd think, and mostly at the start. I need you for the scoping and design conversations — that's where your method gets mapped properly. After that it's a weekly check-in and quick answers when I have a question. The build is my job, not yours.
Will this turn into a second business I have to run? +
Only if you want it to. Most people use the app as a better way to deliver what they already sell, not as a separate product with its own customers and support queue. We scope it that way deliberately — an app that quietly makes your existing work better is a much easier thing to own.
What happens after it launches? +
You own it — the code, the accounts, the documentation. You get 30 days of support after launch for anything that surfaces once real clients are in it. After that you can run it yourself, bring in anyone you like, or keep me on a retainer. There's no lock-in either way.
Is there ongoing cost? +
Some, and it's modest — hosting, the Apple and Google developer accounts, and whatever services the app uses. Typically tens of dollars a month, not hundreds, and it's all in your name. I'll give you the real numbers during scoping so nothing is a surprise.
Do I need a fully formed idea first? +
No. Most people arrive with a method that works and a rough sense that clients need something between sessions. Turning that into a scoped, buildable app is the first part of the work. What you do need is the method — a process you've run enough times to know it works.
What if I already have systems I use with clients? +
Good — we build around them. The app connects to what you already use for payments, scheduling, content or client records rather than replacing it. The goal is one less thing to maintain, not one more.
Web app or mobile app? +
Whichever your clients will actually open. For habit-building, check-ins and anything daily, mobile usually wins — it can send notifications and lives on their home screen. For longer sessions and heavier content, web is often better. We decide during scoping based on how your clients behave, not on what's fashionable.
How long does a build take? +
Six to eight weeks from scoping to live for most builds. Larger ones take longer, and you'll know which you are before you commit — the timeline is in the proposal alongside the number.
What if I'm not ready yet? +
Then I'll tell you. If your method isn't settled, the timing is wrong, or an app would just be a thing you resent maintaining, that's worth knowing before you spend money — not after. The readiness check gives you that read in two minutes, and I'll say the same thing on a call.
